From that point, the technician can then either fix the problem remotely if possible or be onsite soon after a problem occurs. Monitoring also allows for preventive maintenance based on certain settings that are setup to minimize future problems. If a problem does arise, a technician can be onsite within an hour after receiving notification. (During business hours only). For example, if your server goes down at 3:00am, a technician will then receive an email and text message stating the problem. At that time, the technician can then attempt to connect remotely. If unsuccessful, the technician can then be onsite at the server location when your doors open for business.
